The KRT-500 Front-Discharge Mixing Machine is a heavy-duty industrial meat mixer engineered to produce a consistently uniform blend for demanding production lines. Built entirely from AISI 304 stainless steel, it is designed for hygienic operation, easy wash-down cleaning, and long service life in meat processing facilities.
With its twin-shaft paddle mixing system and forward/reverse mixing, the KRT-500 helps achieve even distribution of spices, salt, fat, additives, and binders throughout the batch—crucial for stable texture, consistent taste, and repeatable product quality.
Ideal applications
The KRT-500 is especially suitable for preparing homogeneous mixes for:
Turkish sausage (sucuk): uniform spice distribution and consistent fat/meat balance
Meatballs (köfte): smooth, cohesive mixture with repeatable texture
Doner kebab (döner): consistent binding and seasoning for forming/stacking processes
It can also be used for other seasoned ground meat products where controlled mixing time, direction, and recipe repeatability matter.
Mixing performance & process control
The machine features a touchscreen control panel that allows operators to manage mixing cycles precisely:
Selectable speed stages (1st and 2nd speed) directly from the screen
Adjustable right/left rotation time in the desired interval
Programmable pause/wait time between cycles to support better absorption and blending
Stop options based on total time or temperature, helping protect product quality and reduce over-processing
Manual mode available for operator-controlled production
A programmable batch/recipe system enables saving and repeating production programs, supporting consistent results across shifts and reducing operator dependency.
