What are your lead times?Custom slit orders for our in-stock master rolls have a lead time of less than 2-6 weeks. Our Inventory Stocking Program customers get next-day order releases.

Can I get free samples?"Yes, free samples are available upon price/quote qualification. When you purchase any of our products, you can request a free sample for your second order, with only the shipping costs to be covered. Simply fill out our Sample Request form, and a PackinFood team member will contact you."

Do you send a team to take over the installation ?Yes, we provide a full team for the installation including a mechanical engineer, electrical engineer, food technologist, lab trainer instructor and chef to ensure everything is installed correctly and your team is fully trained on the equipment.

Is the team service to take over the installation free?Yes, for the initial installation of the machine, if requested, the buyer is responsible for covering all travel expenses, meals, and accommodation in at least a 3-star hotel for the personnel. For machines out of warranty, a repair service fee of 300 euros per 8-hour workday applies

What should I look for before my installation is commissioned?In preparation for the installation of your Machines, it’s important to ensure that several key elements are in place before the commissioning process. You should verify that the facility has the necessary electrical wiring and 6-8 bar air pressure lines available. Additionally, make sure that the raw materials required for machine testing are ready and on hand. This will help ensure a smooth and efficient installation process
